This is an update of this week’s activities.

Midterm reports were sent home with students on Friday. Please be sure to check your child’s grades and attendance.
Track Tryouts will be held after school Monday and Tuesday until 5:30 at the high school. You must have a current physical and concussion form on file in order to participate in tryouts.
There will be a yearbook meeting Monday and Tuesday after school.
Drama Club will meet Tuesday morning from 8:00 – 8:30 a.m. in Mrs. Steele’s room.
Spring portraits and friend group pictures will be taken on Wednesday, 2/10. Each person in the friend group must pay $8.00. This will get you 1 5x7 and 4 wallets per person photographed. Be sure to get a picture envelope from Mrs. Sumner and have your payment with you on picture day.
FCA will meet Thursday before school in the media center.
PTSO is sponsoring a Valentine Dance on Thursday evening from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. The cost for tickets will be $5.00 per person. Concessions will also be available for purchase during the dance. All funds raised by the PTSO are used for events and achievement awards for our students.
Our Math Counts students will participate in the MathCount competition on Friday at the University of West Georgia.
District Honor Band will be held Thursday – Saturday at Heritage High School in Ringold, GA.
Don’t forget to order your yearbook before they are gone. Orders may be placed online or with Mrs. Sumner or Mrs. Covington.
