Dr. Cynthia Beers began her teaching career in 2001 and after 16 years in the classroom, she began her leadership career at Villa Rica High School as an assistant principal.  During her time serving as a leader in Carroll County Schools, Dr. Beers has experienced the difference that leaders can make for students, teachers and communities when schools focus on developing the whole child.  Dr. Beers believes deeply that students can achieve at very high levels when they have goals, support from caring adults and a vision of the future they desire.
