Dear Temple MS Families,

Students and parents are required to read, sign, and return this Chromebook User Agreement form. A form must be on file at Temple Middle School prior to student Chromebook assignment and use.

Forms are due by August 5, 2024.

Students enrolling after the back to school period must submit the form within 3 days of the enrollment date. This form serves as confirmation that the student and parent/guardian understands and will abide by the TMS Chromebook User Agreement.
